In a dorm room in 1964. Our story, how we work and who leads us.
Our story
It started in a dorm room
In 1964, three students started a Bible study in a dorm room and put a sign on every door on their floor. Twelve people came the first night, mostly for the cookies, and they kept coming.
Today staff and student leaders work on about four hundred campuses. Most of our staff were students in one of our groups, and every one of them can tell you the night they started following Jesus.
